About the Conference
On April 09-10, 2026, Hanoi (Vietnam) will host the XV International Scientific and Practical Forum "Construction and Operation of Technically Complex and Unique Facilities Based on the ESG Agenda", organized by the Hanoi University of Civil Engineering, National Research Moscow State University of Civil Engineering, RUDN University.

The Forum is dedicated to a comprehensive discussion of key challenges and future prospects in the creation and operation of facilities of the highest complexity category. Its relevance is driven by the need to integrate sustainable development principles (ESG) into all stages of the construction project lifecycle, which directly corresponds to global trends in environmental responsibility, social governance, and corporate transparency.

The thematic sections cover strategically important areas: from the construction of unique engineering structures and critical infrastructure facilities to issues of spatial planning, lifecycle management, and attracting investment for balanced territorial development.
The event is intended to serve as an authoritative platform for dialogue between academia, business, and public administration, contributing to the development of practical solutions for the construction industry in the context of evolving regulatory and sustainability requirements.

The Forum's topics are traditionally devoted to a wide range of issues of ensuring sustainable development of territories and in the coming year will include the following main thematic sections:

Section 1. Construction of high-rise and long-span buildings and structures.
Section 2. Construction of industrial and nuclear energy facilities.
Section 3. Spatial planning and modernization of the urban environment.
Section 4. Lifecycle management of construction facilities based on the ESG agenda.

Reviewers evaluate submissions based on the requirements of the conference proceedings, predefined criteria, and quality, completeness, originality and grammar of the research presented. Also, reviewers are asked to respond to a short questionnaire that serves as a Reviewer’s checklist and ensures a standardised, comprehensive review. Reviewers should judge the manuscript on the following criteria:
